Preparation and shipping

Prints and framed artworks are made to order within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Transit takes between 2 and 7 business days depending on the destination. The estimated total time is 5–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping is free within Chile. We arrange dispatch manually and send tracking information when available. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Please check that your address, municipality and contact details are complete. To correct them or ask about a delay, email holacasacollage@gmail.com with your order number. If the product arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive within the stated time, we will arrange a solution.

Digital files

The “Digital file · personal use” format includes no printing, frame or physical shipping. You will receive a download link by email after payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, we check receipt of funds manually before confirming payment and enabling delivery.
